Service Description

Your heat pump not working? We will fault find and diagnose your heat pump, then provide you with the costings for the associated repairs required or a replacement option as necessary. (This service only covers the initial testing and diagnoses of your heat pump. The cost of replacement materials, parts or additional labour is not included in the initial booking.)

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation please contact us 24 Hours prior to avoid any cancellation charges. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your booked time will be subject to a cancellation charge or change fee of $75 + GST.
